Well I got it right, but the English sentence is ungrammatical. The speech is the object of "he praised." "Originality" cannot also be the object of the same verb. If you see what I mean! You could say Praising my/his originality, he exclaimed, "What a creative costume!" I.e. you make it a subordinate clause.
