How cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds work for Falando purchases under Brazilian consumer law.

If you are a consumer in Brazil and purchased Falando remotely (for example, through a website or app, outside a physical establishment), you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 calendar days under article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.
