Can I switch between monthly, annual and lifetime?▾
Yes — you can switch plans from your subscription page. If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is still active, remember to cancel the subscription; buying Lifetime doesn't cancel it automatically.
Does the annual plan renew automatically?▾
Yes — once a year, and you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
What exactly does "Lifetime" mean?▾
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Falando service, not a personal lifetime: one payment gives your account full premium access for as long as Falando operates. It covers one account and is not transferable.
What is the refund policy?▾
Refunds follow our published Refund Policy. Purchases made through Google Play additionally follow Google Play's refund rules.
Do I need a card for the free trial?▾
No. Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of everything — no payment details required.
